2010 OPINIONS

Fellow bloggers it’s yet another year that God has granted us. I hope that each and every one of us has laid down plans and strategies that we hope to apply in order to make this a more successful year.

I have this feeling that 2010 is going to bring a lot of positive change, I was thinking on personal level but I was glad to read from the news that already KRA has surpassed its target, I do pray and hope that, that was assign of the good things to come.

We might not be in a position to control everything that happen to us but if we focus on those things that we can change our lives will be much better. Let us decide that this time round we are the group of Kenyans who are going to impact positive change.

Instead of complaining about our politicians let us be responsible citizen, citizen who are value driven, those who if there lucky enough to be more aware and informed will use they time to share they knowledge with those who need it. Instead of complaining about idle youths, find away to create an opportunity. Recognize talent and nurture it. Instead of complaining about disloyal and lazy employees take your time to understand them, motivate them and if necessary give them an incentive (it doesn’t have to be in monetary terms)

In summary its my sincere wish that this year we shall drop this habit of complaining, criticizing and blaming everyone but ourselves. Let us choose to discover what we can do to make our personal lives, family, community, country and the world better.
